A: We’re based in Harlingen, Texas (US), but we ship our plushie love worldwide! Our warehouse team personally inspects and packs each order with care.

A: We specialize in medium-sized plushies (our sweet spot!), but we also carry small plushies, big plushies, plushie sets, and plushie accessories. Check our menu for all options!
Q: Do you offer licensed/anime plushies?
A: Absolutely! We often get licensed plushies before other international retailers – anime fans in Japan particularly love our selection!
Q: Will I get a freebie with my order?

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

A: We take 1-2 days to process your order with love! This includes quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure your plushie arrives in perfect condition.

A: We ship worldwide except some remote areas in Asia and other regions. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
