At Medium Plushies Store, we want you to be completely snuggly-satisfied with your plushie pals! If your new friend isn’t quite right, we’ll happily help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Who Can Return Plushies?

Our policy applies to all plushie lovers worldwide (except some Asian and remote regions we don’t ship to). All items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging (with tags still attached)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, Plushie Accessories marked as personal use items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return Your Plushie

Follow these simple steps to send your plushie back to our hug-filled warehouse:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use our template below!)
  2. Get Approved: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully: Place the item in its original packaging inside a shipping box
  4. Ship It Back: Send to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: You’ll be responsible for new shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error

Special Cases

Damaged Items: If your plushie arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement immediately!

Wrong Items: We’ll cover return shipping if we sent the wrong plushie friend.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (like DHL or FedEx)
